Cancel in the dashboard at any time. There is no exit fee. Placement continues until the paid period ends.

There is no lock-in term.

Payment does not buy verification, organic rank, enquiries, or revenue. Factual Listing data stays after cancellation.

Cancel Website Builder any time

You can schedule cancellation from Manage billing on your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly billing period. You can keep using paid Website Builder features until then, provided the subscription remains paid and active.

What happens after access ends

Website editing, new publishing, forms, media changes, search visibility changes and domain changes are suspended when paid access ends. A website that is already public remains online for 30 days. It is then unpublished, but not deleted. Website content is retained for a further 90 days for manual review.

Resubscribing before unpublication restores paid access. If billing unpublished the website, resubscribing restores the previous Website Publication when the Business Claim and publication approval remain valid. An owner unpublished website stays unpublished until the owner publishes it again.
