Cancellation policy

Cancel any time

You can schedule cancellation from Manage billing on your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly billing period. You can keep using paid Website Builder features until then, provided the subscription remains paid and active.

What happens after access ends

Website editing, new publishing, forms, media changes, search visibility changes and domain changes are suspended when paid access ends. A website that is already public remains online for 30 days. It is then unpublished, but not deleted. Website content is retained for a further 90 days for manual review.

Resubscribing before unpublication restores paid access. If the website has already been unpublished, resubscribing restores editing but you must publish it again yourself.
