Compare Michael Hoare Builders
- Why choose a new build instead of buying an existing home?
- In many cases, building can cost about the same as buying a completed property, while allowing choices over layout, location, and fixture colours.
- How long does a house build usually take?
- A custom home commonly takes around three to four months to complete; the timeframe varies with the home's size and chosen materials.
