Compare Crafted Smiles Studio
- When might porcelain inlays or onlays be suitable?
- They can repair larger cavities or teeth needing substantial structural restoration. These custom porcelain restorations are hard-wearing, retain their shape and help seal against bacteria.
- When could a surgical tooth extraction be necessary?
- Surgical removal may be considered for a severely decayed tooth, one broken at gum level, or a tooth that has not erupted.
- Can the clinic remove wisdom teeth?
- Wisdom teeth can be removed under local anaesthetic. Complex cases may be referred to an oral surgeon for hospital treatment under general or local anaesthetic.
- How often are dental and hygiene visits recommended?
- For most people, visits to a dentist and dental hygienist twice yearly are recommended to help maintain healthy teeth and gums.
